The hotel is clean and nice, but the shower holder was broken, and the reception didn't fix it. The heating in the bathroom didn't work at the beginning of September

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and nice view. Great value for the money.

Average age of the visitors was maybe 70+, which felt quite odd. Would not recommend the hotel's own restaurant. The room was clean and okay but it took nearly 10 minutes before we got warm water in the shower.

New Year's Eve: 35€ entrance ticket at 23:00 seems not that fair, honestly.
Most of free drinks were low quality and served on plastic-glasses.
All you can eat food, but no "panettone" available for the guests (99% Italian).
New Year cake : good job!
