Very attractive entrance, till you walk out the back to a magical pool area. One of the most beautiful views and atmosphere. Highly recommend the restaurants for both their vibe, service and food quality. The drinks are exeptional.

The pool is beautiful - however not enough pool chairs on the deck. Pool menu food is quite overpriced for what it is and takes a really really long time at the Splash Bar, I was probably waiting 1.5 hours just for chips, but wasn't told there would be a wait.

Hands in Harmony is the best part of the hotel. Wonderful staff + very relaxing.

Miss Songs has brilliant food (especially the duck) but staff are not very friendly + attentive.

Love coming to the Ville, but always am let down by the staff + lack of communication when there is a wait.

I just ordered food ...my group needed more sauce...I knew that that all staff were being hammered. I asked and the lovely lady said "what do you need?" So graciously provided more sauce in about 3.5 flat. This is awesome and she should be appreciated for duress under fire!!!! Thanks Ville team we know how hard you work on public holidays!

A lot of people, a little waite for the meals, but worth it.

This place has improved immensely in the last year or two. Have enjoyed interacting with the staff and the rewards are now awesome.
