A nice casino with nice staff. Was at its best when it was Hardrock and has never fully regained its footing since. Nonetheless it is an ok night out. It's latest revamp borders on tacky but the upper level is nice and feel more airy than the lower floor which is quite stuffy, with pockets of chilliness due to air con vents. Lots of slots and a good range of table games. It's a nice place to visit for a quick pint if you're on your way out for a good night but like I said before, it was at its best when it was the HardRock Casino. Happier staff back then which meant happier customers. Oh well!

stunning. turned down admission at 9pm Friday evening. Me and my accomplice have been wondered by means of the security on what number of liquids we had had that evening. We answered sure, we had, but with our meal. but, despite the fact that confirming we have been members from our nearby Grosvener casino with the the front of residence, we had been denied admission via the security. We failed to feel the want to argue with the unhelpful doorman as not anything we would said would've made a difference. My companion will now be cancelling his club with his nearby Grosvenor because of this event. Please be aware the workforce had been greater than beneficial but the protection become shameful. i would welcome your remarks on this depend. thanks, Hannah
