This is the adequate casino experience. It lacks a lot on food for the vegetarian and is A little understaffed.

Nicely maintained casino. As per Nepal govt. rules, no Nepalese are allowed inside the casino for playing. It is located within the premises of Shangri-La Hotel.

It's a Casino in a country which doesn't allow gambling for it's local residents. On the plus side I believe that this is the only Casino in Kathmandu that actually has a Government license to operate. Its located at the Shangri-la Hotel in Lazimpat, so there's a convenient hotel to stay at if you have any money left!
