I would like to express how much I enjoyed my stay at The Cosmopolitan and how helpful Suzanne was at the front desk.
Upon arrival (5-27-2021), I checked in but my debit card kept declining for the amount of my total stay. I stepped out of line to contact customer service with my bank. After realizing, Georgia was +3 hours ahead of Las Vegas time, I got into a panic because I didn't know what to do next. Suzanne was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL in this matter. She truly went the "extra mile" to make sure my situation was taken care of. Luckily, I paid for 1 nights stay a few weeks prior and that got me by for that night. The next day I was able to call my bank and have them to increase my line of credit to pay for the remaining balance of my stay. The receptionist I dealt with that day, she was helpful as well but Suzanne really put the icing on the cake! I will be returning to The Cosmopolitan for future visits to Vegas!
