This time around the experience was not as expected. Covid protocols were bad, guests were not wearing masks and in the hotel, there was nobody ensuring compliance. I understand it's the individual that has to ensure his own safety and that of others, but people were getting too complacent. The wifi was not working from the time we got here on a Friday afternoon, until late Saturday evening. The reduced menus at the 2 main restaurants opposite the casino was not enough for a choice and wasn't communicated prior to securing a booking. The staff was also very sour and this is a first, as with all other visits, that's what kept us coming back, the excellent service and people skills. Caledon needs to take up the slack and improve, if they want to be on top again, during the already diminishing economy. Only 2 towels provided in a room where we had 4 guests. The pools never disappoint and was relaxing as advertised. The quad biking adventure was great with the family. Ample parking space. The breakfast is not a buffet anymore and the also reduced menu for the breakfast was very disappointing.
