One of the more upscale casinos with entertainment etc and is situated in the Hilton Hotel by the bay. We had better luck at the slots at Bingo 91!

I'm a new traveler to Panama so I never knew that you get taxed on your winning under $10, seems ridiculous to me. Then you have to spend a certain amount before you can cash out meaning if you put $30 in you have to play at least $15 or you get a voucher that says no pay. Sad but true
