I feel lucky to have travelled on Superstar Gemini Cruise in November 2016. The experience was surreal and one of the best travel experiences so far. Eagerly waiting to have such experience again. Just leaving Singapore 🇸🇬 today . Many of our fellow travelers are abandoning ship in Bali and flying home after our worst cruise experience.

The food and cabin service is fine but the ship 🚢 is a mismanaged mafia look to rip off the unsuspecting.

The cruise company lacks any form of integrity and even holds our passports as collateral for payment in case we do a 🏃.

Constantly having to fight for transparency in billing with staff with little or no training with minimal English.

The entertainment on board is 3rd rate except for a Russian violinist who saved the day,

We would sit waiting in port to do a tour for 2 hours and be given 3-4 on land because to company was too cheap to pay for portage.

Overall we will stick with Princess ??'' and P&O .
