The hotel is old and dirty. If you order a better room it is super-expensive and not better at all. The elevator is super old and dangerous. The service is generally bad and takes a lot of time to serve you a drink or meal in the restaurant and the pool and the costs of everything is expensive as if it were a 5 star hotel when the service, rooms and hotel are one or two stars if it is something.It is very difficult to try to sleep at night people are very scandalous most of the time are quite intoxicated without respect for other guests in the room.It is not a family hotel at all.

Good professional staff. The hotel itself good use an overhaul. No refrigerator or oven. Couldn't get no English channels on a roku app TV. Pool has a curfew at 9PM which sucks. Hallway carpet had stains all over. Overall, if the price was less a night it would be worth it. Not for the price I paid for.

I give this place 3 stars because for starters the rooms looked old, but that isn't really a problem for me. Another problem I had was with the smell of the room. It was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom. It smelled like really bad sewer stuff, and that smell spread to the room so the whole room smelled bad. Another complaint I had was that the water smelled HORRIBLE! I'm talking about the sink water and the shower. Other that that, the receptionists were very nice, and so were the security! Everyone was very polite including the housekeepers :) The pool was sooo nice! The three jacuzzis were very relaxing. Although I couldn't get a chance to try the restaurant, I can tell it was a very small but nice place!

Bathroom looks 5 star!! Room 4 star!! Friendly staff, 100 percent recommend.. security in hotel and in parking lot!

Love the service . nice. Clean rooms. really easy access to everything . plus there is a casino and a restaurant in the building. A big pool and common area.. Big 5 stars
