They have plenty or signs up, and on every table; so fair warning you may have a long wait for service and an even longer wait for food. The atmosphere is quite nice, the waitress was great once she finally noticed that we were there. It took just over 2 hrs from sitting down until most of our orders were delivered. We had to ask multiple times for the last person's food to be delivered. The clams were burnt. The waitress noticed and couldn't even offer a replacement since they were so backed up. She took them off the bill without us having to complain. Other than that the food was good. I sure hope they are able to get some folks working here soon as it really does seem like a potentially enjoyable place otherwise.

Walked in, looked around at the sad people and dirty tables, literally walked back out.
It is run down, the staff appeared over worked in the 3-4 minutes it took us to walk through the front doors to the open deck on the waters, realize it was a dump, and quickly make a pass back to "Welcome to Virginia" and towards the parking lot.
Speaking of parking, in the few moments we were there, more people were coming from the beach with chairs than from the establishment.

Love sitting on the deck over the water... can't judge the food because I've never eaten there... But the mix drinks are great... and the View!!!

If I could give a 3.5 stars I would. Tried our hand at the off-track betting which was kind of fun, and you can play the lottery, but there is really nothing else to to there as far as games/gambling. The drinks weren't bad (although no drink menu so you do have to come up with your own, and hope the bartender knows the recipe, but then they don't know how to charge for it.) The food was okay but a bit overpriced for the portions (small.) Waitress meant well but was forgetful and a little bit all over the place. Overall kind of a neat experience to try out if you've never tried horse betting.

Our waitress Gabby was FABULOUS!!! I should have asked her schedule....but I will be calling to find out before I go back. We had the shipwreck. Delicous. Well prepared that night. Great job guys.
