I booked the River Rock for my husbands 70th birthday that was on 4 July. I am extremely unhappy with the service. There were NO fine dinning restaurants open, no room service, the phones did NOT work, the rooms were not clean and no room service for the two nights we stayed there. The casino was awful, very little machines in slots working, the machine were dirty, when you required an attendant to come to assist none were available or it took over 20 minutes to get one.

The slot machines were not paying well at all. I noted one lady who had a hand pay for the two evenings we played. Betting maximum did not get good pay outs at all.

I would NOT recommend this facility unless many changes take place.

We were at the buffet and it was yummy the place has a fun atmosphere I wouldn't say it's a family place but in all cool.

If anyone out there is looking for good deals for hotel rooms check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and they had the best prices any where!

This is my favourite casino and the best place to have fun. When this place opens back up you can be sure to catch a great show. 10/10 fun factor

Dont bother. Save your money, gamble and eat in the states. It's worth it I promise.
