I gave it 3 stars because the lobby is beautiful that's only reason it got 3, I would have given less. The room was dirty and the carpet felt damp . If you want a hot shower good luck with that there is no hot water try a cool shower. Cool water in the sink to wash your hands . Will I be staying there again NO ! At $150 a night I expected better . Gamble there but find a different place to stay . Yuck !

I have been working 30 minutes to cancel a reservation. I can't imagine what it would be like to stay there. I am still working on this. I am listening to a phone ring right now. I just hope this person does not hang up if they ever answer. HORRIBLE If they cannot handle reservations how in the world will they handle a stay. Phone just rang about 25 times and then went dead. I am sure they will manage to bill me though.

Go there to eat not to gamble. Good food buffet line moves quickly. The workers attitudes are hit or miss. The slot machines are truly one arm bandits. Go to amaristar or Hollywood if you want to gamble. I'm not saying that you will win there either however the chances are better.
