The night before our 4 day booking. I get a text message saying booking error your rooms are cancelled. The worst customer service when I called. The supervisor sad sorry nothing we can do and hung up.
Do not recommend. Rooms were book 6 weeks prior. I even called to confirm booking a week ago all was fine than.
Horrible!

2 star hotel. Beds were comfortable but hotel needs a complete remodel. Only one night. Wouldn't stay again.

Great clean hotel with a nice pool area for kids. We came for the weekend with 3 kids and spent almost all our time around the pool. Staff is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond.

The hot tub was out of order, the pool was freezing, very dangerous stairs in pool area, sauna was not hot, carpet of hotel especially elevator was disgusting, there was a stain on the comforter and when I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk the phone didn't even work, light cover was missing from bathroom light. I did book through a 3rd party and we were on a college visit from hours away so it would have been a hassle to cancel the room and get a new hotel, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and the cold pool with non working hot tub.
The location of the hotel was great, near grocery stores, gas stations food and much more.

Not a bad place but not a really nice place. Our room was clean, and we had a fridge which was nice. The pillows were pretty awful, but the bed was comfortable. Also the hot tub was out of service. I wouldn't stay here again.
