I have a service animal and every time I go to Wendover I take my 🐕 to check in and tell them that I have a service animal in my room. Two months ago I went to the Rainbow and left no problem. I decided to go back to the Rainbow because they offered me comps and free play.
I called in as usual and set up a room for Sunday night and no one told me that I had a negative 75 dollars listed under my name for having a dog in my room. Not a service animal but a dog. I went to eat with some friends how embarrassing it was for me to find out I did not have enough money for the food I had eaten on my comp card.
I remember when leaving the maid saw me bring a dog out of the room that is the reason they considered charging me the extra for having a dog in my room. My service animal is with me all the time. My service animal had not soiled any where and does not bark or cause any problems. There was a lack of communication between the front desk and the maid service. I talked with the slot host then the pit boss both of them told me I would have to talk with maid service the next day. Is it legal to back charge someone for a previous time you attended? You wont see me ever at the rainbow again.

Stayed in the Sierra Suite in the east wing on the 3rd floor.

Overall very nice room, came with coffee and waters. Empty mini fridge to put your drinks in, large jacuzzi, two TV's. Bar is nice to sit around and has comfortable chairs. Bar also has a small sink. Round table next to the bar. Double sinks in bathroom, sauna in the shower.

Only thing I didn't like was the that the room was the last room on the east wing. There's no quick way to get to this room, walking to and from the Casino to the room took forever.

I used to love this place, last three times was like flushing my money down the toilet. Every time I put a twenty dollar bill in a machine I can't even win two bucks out of it. You should be able to have a little fun giving them your money. I do love that they bring drinks around more often then the other casinos in Wendover, this helps soften the blow when you loose your money faster than usual. Montego Bay has been paying better for us, It hasn't been like that in years.

Love, love, love the Raibow Casino. It feels like a 24 hour party going on there. The staff is always upbeat and helpful. The casino decor is awesome and clean. The rooms in the hotel are always clean and comfy. This is one of my favorite places to stay at here in Wendover.

We love it here! Super yummy drinks and fast servers. The black jack dealers are very fun and helpful!! Their restaurant is absolutely delicious, we didn't need a reservation. Definitely recommend the Macho Nachos, Chicken Fried Steak, and Prime Rib. SO GOOD! Our go-to casino!
