Well after a bad experience at the Argyl road location. I decided to give Pure Yellowhead a chance again. What a disappointment. I've been going to the casino for the last 15 years. So today while playing and drinking my pop. The slot attendant informed me that I must wear my mask while seated. She was very nice and apologized but it was her job. I told her no worries but I don't see the logic in this. I'm seated no one else around me and I'm drinking a pop. So cashed out my ticket got my wife and said our goodbyes to Pure. When we did go to leave the attendant was talking to a manager. So I stopped to voice my objection to there policy. He would not listen and started to argue with me. So I thanked the attendant , told the manager we will never set foot in there again. They seem to forget without customers they have no business. Will miss some of the staff as we got to know them over the years.

Not a fan of the layout. Its a bit confusing. The ATM'S don't look like a regular ATM so kind of hard to spot plus they charge $5.00 to use them. Even though I saw one cleaner one time walking away from the machines, I'm sure they are cleaned regularly; however, I found the machines to be sticky. But all staff I've ever chatted with have been very helpful and friendly.

One of the nicest casinos I've been too. I had a great time. I would come again but it seems I'm $4000 in debt...

It's impossible to properly rate a casino based on customer experience. Some people have better luck than others. I've rated it based on cleanliness, staff, and game selection. A lot of my favourite machines were out of service because of distancing machines, however, they have a nice selection open. Staff are friendly and helpful. The casino is very clean, tidy, and organized. I enjoy playing at this particular place.
