Second time ordering through doordash, second time my order was messed up because of PT's, not doordash. they let your order sit for an hour or two and then cancel your order. i called this time asking why this happened and an employee named Trace told me he didn't know, no kindness or apologies, and when i asked what to do he told me to order theough doordash again. i said okay, and he said. well, okay. and hung up. very dissatisfied with my service and i hope they fix their late night service.
