Stopped in for a short visit as I was DD for the evening. Security staff friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Restaurant staff was friendly and fast with service. It was a pleasant experience.

Wonderful front desk and service! Restaurant menu items are awesome. Sometimes slow, but sometimes not enough help there. GREAT food

I traveled about a 150 mile radius on my motorcycle to visit all the area casinos. Potawatomi Carter is the best overall casino experience because:
1) They have a great COMP program . . .people drive great distances to come here and they reward it
3) They have many promotions. . .I won a fortune cookie drawing this past March for $1000
2) Their machines are just as fair as anyone's in the state, yesterday I won a grand jackpot beating 60 cents for over $2500
3) Carter is located in some of the most beautiful land in Wisconsin. . .it is a relaxing drive
4) The employees at Carter are friendly
5) There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants on the drive. . .and I'm sure the area businesses would appreciate a visit as they are hurting also with the pandemic
6) Talking pandemic Potawatomi Carter are taking all necessary precautions to keep their players and employees safe

Nothing changed since my last review 8 months ago. Machines still tight. If you get a gift promotion, don't plan on gambling. You can't win with your card. I literally went thru $100 betting $1.36 with no bonus or free spins! That is terrible. I use to cone up all the time but they cut back on offers so I would rather go elsewhere. It's a shame....so much potential here.

Good but one things that I didn't like that one of your employees yell at my husband to put mask on. He just pull mask down to explain to me cuz I'm deaf and read lip. My husband try to explain to him but he kept yell at him till I show him my mask said. I'm deaf. He have listen to consumers first before start yelling. My friends thought that was rude for what your employees did to my husband.
Otherwise everything is good.
You may want to tell your employees not to yell. Check first before to judge.
