Loved the place

Very disappointing. My friends and I took our kids to The Grub for lunch and the food was disgusting. They mixed up my order, went to overcharge me and I also found hair in what they claim to be loaded fries. Absolutely pathetic. I definitely won't be recommending this club to anyone. I would give this place a zero if I could.

I'm hoping the bosses see this post, because on 10th & 11th August I was in the club and the politest woman at Kelly's was serving and also right next to Kelly's there is a coffee shop ( best coffee and the cakes are so fluffy) where I also met another politest woman. Today Sunday 11th August they were both at their work again and Dianna was helping clear tables and also serving on the cash register. She was really working hard. So were the other staff, but Dianna caught my eye because of her customer service.
The coffee shop there is a lovely woman named Cassie. Honestly she was the friendliest and efficient person there. Both days I got Cassie and I'm glad I did. It made up for the rudest girl serving at the till after the show on Saturday 10th August at 10:30 pm. No smile, no courteous and definitely no customer service from this one.
So I'm glad we have Dianna and Cassie and people like them at Panthers. Congratulations and thank you both ladies for excellent customer service and doing your job properly 🙂.
