Very beautiful hotel with excellent service located at the far end of Cyprus close to the sea and also hasan amazing pool

We stayed here in a villa which was quite away from the hotel center and food courts, this was the only matter. Except this issue, everything was amazing.

I have booked a 4 day stay for my parents and they loved it. Hotel was very clean and the food was excellent. I really recommand.

Although sold as 'Ultra All Inclusive' out of their 15 restaurants, cafes and bars, only ONE restaurant and a couple of bars were inclusive, everything else was extra, and with 1300 guests using one restaurant, mealtimes were a nightmare!

The rooms, whilst large, had badly stained carpets, moldy showers, useless air-con, blown out walls on the balcony, rusty mirrors, duvets that didn't fit the beds and practically zero lighting. Their 'inclusive' mini bars held 2 small beers and 2 cokes plus water. The food was almost the same every day and you had to walk around the huge 'canteen' trying to find yourself a table whilst balancing your food plate in one hand.

There was no entertainment apart from one concert which you had to pay extra for.

We wanted to leave and asked for a refund after the first night, saying we were happy to pay for the one night we stayed, but nobody would help us. We tried to stick it out but left after 3 nights.

Major tip: check the 'small print' which is very heavily disguised on their website as 'spring concepts' or 'summer concept' - or better still, choose another hotel!

We arrived late at night and first impressions were stunning. Day one and disappointment set in. Although we paid for Ultra all inclusive everything apart from one buffet restaurant and one bar you had to pay for, including the main pool bar, the English bar, additional restaurants, and additional seating areas. our room was lovely, with a beautiful view but unbearably hot. The air conditioning was appalling in all areas apart from the casino with no consideration for guests or staff. When we complained the management simply shrugged and said they were conserving energy. English are not catered for at this hotel and almost nobody speaks English, apart from Nigerian waiting staff who were polite and hospitable. Entertainment is poor and in Turkish. A beautiful hotel but in the middle of nowhere and totally let down by poor and greedy management. Avoid at all costs.
