This hotel is barely open. They're heavily understaffed, many of the amenities are closed during the week, there isn't room service or cleaning staff available on the daily, and the casino floor is greatly lacking (as a Reno native, I was thoroughly unimpressed). I stayed in a suite and they didn't even provide glassware of any kind, just a few paper coffee cups. The staff that presently works there are grating. The only reason I'm not giving them a 1-star is because of the Ciera Chophouse. If I was just reviewing the restaurant, I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars. Their staff was incredibly friendly, funny, and attentive. The food was excellent, arguably the best around the Lake. Definitely order the black and white martini, you'll be astounded. But despite how great the restaurant is, it can't bring up my rating for this hotel further than 2-stars. I'm sure the hotel will be nice when it's actually open for real.
