You must have your passport with you to be let in!! And my UAE ID was not good enough for them🤦♂️😬 They could not explain why and what was the reason for not allowing us to enter. They said something about crazy local regulation. So admission became a quest which we failed. We just wasted our time to come to there.

Didn't have any issues while playing cash game poker. Nice interior, free coffee, competent staff.

I spent a week playing poker at the recent SPF Final. The Sochi casino is a beautiful very well run casino, from the security at the front door to the management.
The atmosphere at the poker festival was excellent , the cashiers, dealers to all floor managers were very welcoming, and spoke very good English. All poker tournaments were professionally organized, cash games too, which were running 24/7.
The poker was at a high standard, friendly poker players ,who were also welcoming.
For sure I'll return for another poker festival at the Sochi casino .
