Good location, very close to the beach. I doubt the room was vacuum cleaned once in 9 days. We noticed a small pill and a watermelon seed on the toilet.s floor from the first to the last day of our staying. Very noisy (hotel.s Skyfall and the beachbars) till after midnight.

The hotel is great, deserves 5 stars, decent food, helpful staff, good spa and pool services. The only issue we had was the fact it was way too noisy! There is a club right in front of the hotel which closes at 2 AM every night, with very loud music so we really could not sleep earlier than that. However if you are looking to party a lot and spend your nights clubbing this is very convenient but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday not so much (you can try a higher floor maybe, we stayed at 7th floor and could hear the music very loudly).

Me and 2 friends of mine ate at the hotel's dinner buffet yesterday, less then 10 minutes after finish eating we felt bad and just vomit everything out, It was so fast and immediate that I didn't make it to a toilet and it happened to me on the street! as one of us is vegan and ate only salads, we realized it was either from the carrot salad or the beetroot.
It never happened to me before, it wasn't even digested yet, it is like we where poisoned and thankfully our bodies acted against it.

Later that evening when we started to feel better I called the hotel on the phone, first of all to let them know and do something about it so it wont happen to more people and second of all expecting some kind of an apology for being mistakenly poisoned but the respond I got was nothing like that. the reception clerk just asked me if I forget something in the dining room, I explained to him that he must be aware of this situation but he just said "ok". He told me he will contact me to public relations but just finished the call. I will sure go there this afternoon to report it in person, will update here later!

we came to eat at the hotel's buffet. All 3 people had a very extreme and immediate reaction to the food, all got sick only a few minutes after eating.

We later called the reception of the hotel to warn them about specific foods, and remove them from the buffet, so other people won't get sick.

The response was very disappointing, we barely convinced the person to call the restaurant and warn them as well. didnt even get an apology.
Horrible experience. We are shocked that this happened, and how this was handled.

Big five star hotel without all the luxury you anticipate. The food was less than mediocre. Very far from city center. Stuff were great. I don't recommend the "garden view" rooms, really disappointing. Cost more for a very ugly garden. The casino isn't more than okay. I don't understand how they got the 5 stars in the first place.
