5 stars because of the bell boy Ahmed! I was alone and he spent 30 minutes making sure I had a ride to my destination. He guaranteed a safe taxi ride, took down the license plate, and told them they can't charge me more than the price. I am so grateful for Ahmed because Egypt isn't the easiest place for a girl traveling alone. God bless!

Really lovely hotel with friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff and an absolutely delicious breakfast. The one problem is the amount of cigarette smoke in the lobby, which then comes through the hotel ventilation system. All of our luggage and clothes smelled horrible after we stayed here. Really unfortunate, as this hotel is otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Definitely not recommended for anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke.

One of the best places to stay in Cairo by far but the walls are paper thin. We coincided with wedding season which means every evening there was a wedding that was so loud the windows in our room were vibrating. Luckily they stop the loud music at around midnight. Apart from that the hotel and staff are wonderful. They have an incredible choice of breakfast and a good size pool to relax!

Fantastic! We went there to watch the Pharaohs ' parade and we got the best possible view. The rooms were big, the bed was comfy, and breakfast was amazing. Only drawback was that there was no soap and shampoo and lotion in my bathroom, just hair conditioner. Also, my key card kept getting deactivated and I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed.

Non friendly service non professional attitude
I will think twice before I stay in the hotel

Evening meals in the lounge is reasonable

The location on the Nile is perfect, close to the city centre
