This hotel was promising. We wanted a nice family holiday. The service was ok (old TV, old amenities) the room were not so clean (don't look under the bed). At check out, they mentioned a broken curtain. Nobody mentioned it before. They pitted us against the cleaning services. It was our words against theirs. And honestly, when we broke things, we fix them. It wasn't the case. It took them 10 minutes to finally decide to charge us (1500 pesos instead of the "normal" price of 2000... How nice.)
The result is that we left with more stress as when we arrive. We felt ashamed by the way they treated us.
Our recommandation : if you still want to go there, take picture of everything that's too old or broken, tell the front desk of every little detail that is wrong. If not, they will charge you for it.
