Not 4* worthy. Staff does not at all or just barely speak English. Informations at the reception differs from person to person: One said we don't have to pay for the Tennis the other charged 5€ for it. Opening times of the restaurant were not clearly communicated. At the complaint by the manager, he did not offer me a water, even though I came from a trip and were still sweating and wearing my hiking outfit. He did not comfort me or showed me understandment. He was just defending his hotel. These are basics in service and a 4* Hotel should fulfill it. We just did not feel welcome and after the Talk with the manager it became better to a certain point but it was the 10th day and it was already too late to give us a good feeling.
I can honestly say that the best was the billiard table and the cleaning ladys. They were really friendly and at least tried to understand us, even with no English. We did not have the feeling at the dinner table. There were 2 guys wo spoke English, the rest did not and made it really difficult to order stuff.
I would recommend to everyone who wants to make hikes and go out to see the nature and has to go up early, to search another hotel, because breakfast at 7:30 and dinner at 19:00 (19:15 if you want grilled stuff, what is mandatory for us) is just awful.
The suites did not look special and were stuffed with cheap furniture. Furniture, bathroom door and fridge door was broken and the sink in the bathroom did not take all the water in, so there was always water in the sink. It was not nice to stay at this hotel and we will definitely not come back. There is a lot of homework, what needs to be done.

PS: There is a machine for weighing luggage at the reception. 1 piece of luggage = 1€. An absolute joke and a sign for the mentality there. Just come and pay. You as a person do not matter.

We booked a suite for our 2 weeks of holiday. Unfortunately we are not happy with the service. People who speaks little bit of English are just at the reception, at the restaurant we have difficulties to even order a small or big beer without a problem.
We are people who are getting up early because of our planned trips, the breakfast is starting at 7 o clock and there is just half done, description of food is missing, so for example my husband doesn't even know which milk is lactose free. Which is kind of dangerous. When we are there at 7am we are having feeling that we came into half done work. Same story with dinner. We are there on time and would love to just grab a meat from the grill, but every day they is tag missing for description of the food, you don't know then what type of meat you will choose and for grilled meat I have to wait another 30 minutes. After a week, we asked for some improvement, but nothing has changed. Within a week we have faced 3 times to get asked to sponsor money for disabled people from some random people. As we spoke to the reception, these people are just criminals and the money goes just to their pocket. There is no security by the door. Cleaning service is really good and rooms are clean. Destination of the hotel is really well located. To sum up I feel actually disappointed because for price we have paid and 4 * hotel I have much more expectations.

An amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Pablo and David in the reception are doing a great job and add value to the hotel and to the quality of service .

Excellent in all aspects apart from bar which needs more staff and better system for paying

Unfortunately with covid-19 were due to book This amazing hotel with friendly and fully committed staff for hospitality. It will be late 2021 before I return and can't wait. If you want a good holiday this is the hotel for you. I'll be back
