When I started looking for chef work in Reno sparks I got a callback from Hobey's. The chef was highly skilled and he ran his restaurant proper. Worth a visit for food and gaming.

I lived just down the street and every Friday my youngest son and I would have breakfast together. We both enjoyed the food the service and the talks we had as dad and son. I miss it.
We have been around this great country traveling and now in sunny Florida and all that time no one's country fried steak could hold up to Hobeys cafe. Thanks you guys.

Small, easygoing local casino with a great restaurant. A bit difficult to win anything, although my bf did hit this Royal Flush while we were there. In the coffee shop (versus the steak house they also have), the food is good and plentiful, the prices reasonable. A cheap side salad (I believe it was $1.25) could have been an entire meal. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was hot and delicious, the garlic bread was divine! We both went home with leftovers. Service can be a tad lax, but was very friendly and accommodating. At the bar, I had one of the best strawberry daiquiris that I've ever tasted! It was a fun evening and worth checking out if you prefer a smaller, more personal casino atmosphere.

The Good Is Alright If You Get A Waitress Or Waiter That Speaks English & Understands What Ya Want!! In The Casino Floor Not At All Customer Friendly At All. Not Good Got For Returning Customers Unless You Don't Care How You Are Treated! If you Want A Cocktail Be Prepared To wait!
