It was nice casino. The rooms...it says newly renovated but it looks to be a couple of years since the "new" renovations. The concept of the room was nice but the furniture and carpet needed cleaning and replaced once you have many cigarette burns in the furniture. The bathroom concept was very nice however, when charging $170-$225 a night for a room the guests expectation. Is to have a flawless room especially the bathroom. There was I don't know if it was mold or rust all around the floor of the shower which makes you not want to even turn on the shower and the water drained slowly filling up the bottom. Safety was a concern! Anyone can go on the elevators to the floors where the rooms are. Big safety concern. ???" Casino was ok. Temp checks being done by security upon entering the casino. I didn't see anyone walking around wiping down slot machines or even the tables where they played poker or blackjack. Everyone wore masks.

Great Valet/ Baggage Attendants. Welcomed us at the entrance of the casino as well as the front desk. Rooms were very clean especially non smoking rooms. Outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. Definetly a welcoming experience compared to other casinos in the area. Nice and relaxing casino environment.

We reserved a king suite. Upon arrival, they said nothing but put us in a different room with queens. We called, and they stated that the room we reserved was no longer available. They finally moved us to 5087. The floor was extremely sticky, there was trash on the floor and behind the bathroom door, and hair was on the toilet. Half of the bed skirt was tucked under the mattress and a bracket was extending about six inches from the left side of the bed. There were only two towels. We requested additional towels but they never showed up. They did send someone to mop the sticky floor but it was a half hearted attempt as the floor remained sticky. We changed hotels for our second night and had a much better experience elsewhere. I would recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. There are significantly better accommodations for the same price elsewhere.

We made reservations for a luxury king room for 5 nights, did the mobile check in and due to weather and traffic checked in at 8pm. They apparently gave our room away and offered us a double queen room in a different tower with no other compensation or explanation. They informed us we would need to talk to the front desk the next morning to get the room we actually booked. If you went on the website we were still able to book the room we wanted the first night but this was impossible for them to provide. We spent the night in a double queen bed room in the coastal tower that was not exactly clean. We found a (fortunately) unused pad laying on the floor by the couch and there was trash in the hallway. We were able to get the room we actually asked for but after talking to a third (and very helpful) front desk person whose name was Diane. They seem to change our reservation every time we use the mobile check in or the fast check in kiosk. This was the first time it was not immediately corrected. Once we were in the room we actually booked, things were better or at least what we expected. But that first night was not good and set a bad tone for the weekend.

Room had 2 Queen-sized beds, 32 inch Screen TV, nice big bathroom and air-conditioned. Room was clean when we arrived but was never cleaned during our time staying in the room. They are pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet to stay with you. There is self-parking right across the street from the hotel which makes it convenient. Staff was friendly and courteous.
