They used to have all you can eat crab legs...that's gone. Now you have to pay $14 extra for 1# of crab legs, which is about 90% waste. Crab legs were cold.
The prime rib used to be some on the best anywhere, not anymore. Now it's average at best. Plus I asked for a slice about 3/4" and got a slice about 3/8"....twice.

We got the strong impression that whoever had been running the buffet is now gone and whoever is running it now is really dropping the ball.
