Overall really disappointed with my visit to the casino in Northampton; poor customer service, unprofessional questions asked in front of other customers, asked for membership loads of times during my hour and half visit and to make matters worse I've now received a parking ticket..... would have been nice to have been informed of the parking process as it was my first time?
It really should be 1/2 stars however I rung up today to discuss my parking situation and an amazing lady by the name of Julie sorted it all out for me; really helpful and very understanding!
I think Grosvenor Casino should take some direction from Julie on her customer approach!
