Meal was good. Friday Night in early hoping for a couple of blackjack hands before getting up early next morning 7am. 3 roulette tables open (Not full) no blackjack tables until 10pm. At least 6 other people wanting to play but would not/could not open any tables. Left without playing any hands.

I am  the member of Grosvenor casino since 2015,  and I have been to most of their branches. All the staffs and managers of the Grosvenor casino that I visited were professional ,friendly and welcoming however the staffs and the managers of the Grosvenor casino in Coventry are very rude , unapproachable, they disrespect their customers , their services are literally zero . Hence I would like to ask the company to properly educate and  train the staffs and managers of Coventry Grosvenor casino and  I would suggest the public not to visit that place until they don't train their staff properly . From now on I will never ever visit that place again in my life after the worst experience that I had today.

Staffs are really helpful and friendly, good atmosphere and very relaxed compared to the previous one that I've been. But the supervisor name Kieran has clearly never been trained to communicate with the customer.In a situation when the gaming person isn't explaining it clearly (although he's tried his best)to the customer the person in charge should've been told to him an alternative way to explain it and should NOT and NEVER be telling infront of the customer that he has been done a GOOD Job.I would say this is a lack of leadership.I'm not sure how serious would they take a complaint in here the midlands and that's the reason why I haven't file a complaint which I think it's totally pointless. Overall the staff are very helpful and I appreciate that it's just that the odd one supervisor needs to be trained to communicate with the customers especially in this entertaining sector.Customer service is essential.

Yes I would recommend people to visit this place.

Very warm and welcoming team, knowledgeable and happy to help. Its the closest you will get to Vegas with the decor inside. You walk in and go down the escalators and you see waterfalls and glass flooring where the water runs beneath you. Restaurant is very good and the acts held in Lady G's bar are brilliant. Overall great night out
