when there is not a table game open for customers to play and dealers are standing at empty games mabey when I asked polite to open the game I wanted to play the would do it.

I guess it depends on why you go here. I don't gamble so I don't know much about that. But this place is close to my job so I have had lunch there a few times. The food is not very good. Service and atmosphere is fine. Food not so much. The only reason I went there for lunch the other day, was my boss chose it for a quick bite. I told him before we stopped, he learned to listen to me.

GA needs to do a better job of getting repeat Customers. More on the spot comps, even if it just $5.00, or 1 free beverage of one's choice. Just think about please. GQ

No hands-on cards, all pai gow games were face up by dealer. $15 minimums per hand, all tables! Ugh. I just want to pass time until traffic got better. The Great American Casino in Lakewood is way better and fun... you can hold your cards, determine your own bets, and squeeze them out one-by-one to build the suspense. Smaller bet limits, too.
I left the Tukwila one without making one bet. I really don't see how that can be any fun to watch the dealer do ALL of it and I have no control over anything, but that's just me. If I'm going to be losing money, I at least want to have a little fun in the process, and last a few hours. Disappointed. It didn't used to be that way.
