Not a huge variety of machines, majority is roulette tables or roulette machines, more bar than Casino. However outstanding venue, very clean, bright and welcoming. Want to say thank you to Rachel and Katie at the bar for being super friendly and helpful, was Katie's first shift and she had a group of people that were beyond rude and ignoring her when trying to take payment but she handled herself really well and me and my partner enjoyed our night. Also to Jack in the first room just inside the entrance it was super late but he was still bright and bubbly and explained one of the machines to us. And the lady at the front desk again super late but wide awake, friendly and overall great bunch of staff members. Impressed, will defo come for a drink or two again but the gambling I will give a miss not great.

Customer service is beyond a joke!!! Absolutely ZERO customer service, gave me an email to mail just to find out why I am not allowed in e mail keeps bouncing called them back to confirm rude lady just shut the phone on me. Honestly do your self a favour head over to grosvenor down the road with proper people with property respect. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I Really don't like leaving negative reviews but there really is nothing positive to say I had a visit Last year just before all this COVID kicked off customers service None !! I was refused entry and was not given any reason the lady simply said we won't be allowing you in on this occasion ???? Gob smacked i asked to speak to a manager and the manager also said we don't need a reason for refusing entry. I had some good times in there but for sure will not be going back heading over to grovesnor instead
