Poor review for the fact that everything is ad hoc, very confusing. Your catering staff are also just plain unhelpful, do not know how to talk to people or communicate. One bar open per level, makes for a nice queue. In top of that, no food as there was no gluten free options at all which is poor form for such a large distinguished establishment. I managed to be offered a bowl of chips. Thanks. Pick your game up.
