I love the poker room. The dealers and floor staff are relaxed, friendly and welcoming but efficient at the same time. The food is great. I recommend the chicken ramen with kimchee and a tea-stained egg.

The door men are very unprofessional they think they are better than you and as for the staff they should be ashamed of themselves. Please don't not go there

Decent casino as far as London goes, don't expect Vegas-like glamour, it's a bit crowded and no free drinks brought to you. That said, drinks are decently priced, especially if you sign up for their free membership rewards card which gives 15-20% discount and free coat check. Staff are amazing, both croupiers and waiters, always friendly and happy to help.

We were out in about in LONDON, and we were TARGETED by a Ladbroke yutes and our first priority was to keep our valuables safe as there was serval of them; we've seen a security guard INBOUND and seek for help the security guard (TANK) helped us through the situation and we we're safe. By letting us into the casino. 5 Star To Tank! Real OG!
