I love this hotel. Family oriented, free breakfast, barbecue by the pool. They even have a little pond with the fish in it!! My hubby wasn't too happy about losing his money in the casino But he had good time. The rooms were clean. No room service on the weekends though. We just disnenfected and cleaned our own room. They have a pool just for the kids too. I will definitely be returning here with my family again. You will love it

The hotel is updated but due to covid Hilton has lost some of its glamorous style where some of the boutique hotels have come up. Old Hilton easy $380, now they are worth $150 with what they offer today vs other hotels. Casino seems smaller still fun with $5.00 tables. Different table games would help out. Outback is closed, move in another restaurant would be good. Overall still one of my favorite places when I stay in San Juan but slowly looking at other hotel for more service and closer to the water.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large enough for our family of five, very secure and the free breakfast was pretty good. While this was all good, I must also say that the hotel also often smelled strongly of marijuana, both coming from the rooms near us and as soon as you walked outside. If you're traveling with family, I'd say the hotel delivers more of a party atmosphere, That's probably what some are looking for and I won't say that's something that would cause me to stay away from the hotel, just to be careful if you are traveling with young ones.

The hotel lobby and staff were welcoming. The staff were polite and professional. The pool area was also nice. We also liked the hotel location being very close to beach and airport. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The only suggestions I have are regarding the actual rooms. The living area of the hotel room could use some updating and smart tvs or a better channel selection would've been nice. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Staff: friendly and welcoming, and knowledgeable and helpful.

Environment: its calming yet outgoing, it has a pool and bar there's trees inside the lobby.

Hotel/rooms: the location is great, close to the hotel, beach, and shopping areas, its behind a supermarket. You have everything that you would need close by. The rooms has microwaves, fridge, and sinks, And, a living room with a TV, other than the one in your room. Its very spacious and clean, and quiet. They also provide beach towels.
