The host was not very ibtentive just sat at the table with his friends didn't clean or ask if I needed anything to drink

Big winner this morning. I love Dotty's. I find I have a fighting chance playing slots there. 100 of them in Vegas.

Dirty smell so bad carpet dirty and old. Alot at people talking nusty..the employees bery nice.

I had been playing machines since 6am and smoking cigarettes. Shift change it after 8:30am an employee (not bartender) approached to say "I'm to wear mask after each puff/drag during while a cigarette is lit." Usually after smoking a cigarette you cover back up with your mask. Next came bartender announced everyone cash out and exit Dotty's facility. Check back in 2hrs for reopen.
