Love this Dotty's the most of the three Dotty's in Elko

The people that work there are amazing, helpful, and genuine. However july 19th, the lady that was working in dottys...the elko nv. smiths parking area one, was not a decent representative for the company. I wish I had the time to complain to corperate. I havent seen her yet and I just became a regular a few weeks ago, she was very rude. I spilt my drink and wen i asked for a new one she said there was a 10$ minimal on gambling to get a drink.... i have never heard this nor has anyone denied me a drink while I'm spending my paycheck but forbid me spill my drink and ask for another only having spent 7$ so far.... i love dottys it was my first time gambling at 30yrs old and both locations made it so amusing and intriguing. I just hope corperate sees this and knows, that lady on July 19th was so awful I didn't even want to spend one more Nickle there. I also hope they do something about the personnel they have greeting and taking care of their regulars.

I understand not being able to give change but that doesn't mean you need to be rude to me about it. I usually have a good experience with the staff there but the lady there made me not feel welcome in there.

I came to dotties because the prices on smokes cant be beaten anywhere else in the area, but i keep coming, and i even started playing there slots a bit, because the employees are so damd friendly to me, i usually go after work during graveyard hours, Annie, the grave clerk, is the friendliest nicest person i see all day long, so much that i look forward to seeing her when i go in, shes way cool, actually Annie is worth going there for even if u dont gamble or smoke.
