I don't know what "Nevada Online Casino" is about, but this place is called Dotty's. I can't really say anything about this place because I don't gamble. The reason I go there is to buy cigarettes, so what I can say is that this place has the best prices on cigarettes that I've been able to find. The only reason I gave it the four stars is just because, in my mind, five stars is for places like Mandalay Bay or Bellagio or whatever... fancy places, you know? So while I'm not saying there's anything wrong with Dotty's, it's not exactly a fancy place either. I'm probably not getting the concept of this whole star rating thing (I do have the tendency of being too literal), but that's what my take on Dotty's is.

It was ok, machines were cold. Wiped me out quick wondering what just happened. The Staff was nice and they make yummy drinks. There was A lot of smoke in the air, seemed alittle dirty. On the up side alot of machines to play. When I did win I couldn't shake this guy who kept asking for money that was a buzz kill after complaining he was ask to leave.

This Local Neighborhood Casino was one of the first that I experienced when first moving to Vegas over 5 years ago. 2 employees stood out every year because of their unique brand of service and their unwavering upbeat personalities. One Gal, of the 2, has successfully created her own " branding "with a bold highlighted Color Job, her natural beauty and sparkling disposition! Although a franchised corporation, and there's a Dotty's everywhere you look, each of the Dotty's that I've visited managed to keep that welcoming atmosphere while dealing with a myriad of tasks and what seems to be an overwhelming duty of keeping an eye on the endless attempts of the ever growing homeless population sneaking in to use the bathrooms. Life is unfortunate for these poor souls but seemingly WORSE for the diligent employees at the Maryland Pkwy location. All while juggling Cash Outs, Sales, Food and Drink orders, Slot machine malfunctions, keeping the number of customers to a State Mandated Level of Occupancy and a slew of other responsibilities. All to make sure their guests have a stress free enjoyable time during their visit. Service is swift and efficient and 99% of the time with a smile or a laugh while providing it. Hats off to the Ladies and Gents at this location! Always a good time had when I'm there.
