I stayed with my husband for 7 seven days, and everything was fine, until I checked out and found out that someone used my credit card and made an unauthorized transaction. I called the hotel a couple of times and was advised to call back several times. Nobody was able to help, nor recognized the charge. I had to call my credit card company and report the fraud, and they were able to open
a claim and assisted me. After that experience, I wouldn't recommend the hotel, however there were some positive things that I would like to share. The Azotea was amazing, great view, good cigar selection and good music. Excellent service from Wilkins, he absolutely gave us a top notch service. Continental breakfast was delicious, hot, fresh, I am picky and loved the taste and food presentation. Rooms are outdated and carpet is old, but we got what we needed and room was kept clean. I used the spa downstairs. Kuddos to the personnel. I received the best massage ever and a really good facial and hair treatment. Really good prices, totally recommended. I would have given 4 stars but the credit card issue changed our perception of the hotel.
