The young manager at the Sudbury location is rude to her staff and other managers behind their backs, constantly hearing her complain about them after they walk away. I also heard she stole thousands of dollars from her previous job.

It was late at night when I arrived and only had an hour and half to play the slot machines. The establishment closes at 1am. That was plenty of time to play the machines since they have many of the same games on them. There's 50 machines but only 10-15 different games offered. The lady at the door was very friendly and offered detailed information about the gaming salon. Kuddos to her! It was very clean and plenty of room to move about without infringing on the rules of social distancing.
They could offer a better variety of games to play as they don't have a vast selection and they are slightly dated. The payouts were not very high. I didn't notice many over a thousand dollars.
Overall, my experience there was fun! I would go again and I suggest going there if you'd like to have some entertainment outside of the home. Also, if you don't expect to win millions of dollars and are just looking for something to do then it is a place to enjoy!

went after the covid 19 and was disappointed. the payouts are terrible. one line 20 and two lines 30.00. jackpot is 500 under 53 numbers or less, 300 in 54 numbers or less and 250 for the rest. you can only play a 3 pack which is 18.50. their payout is worse than their bingo at the 3.30 bingo. it starts at 1 and by 2.15 you are out of there. also you have to wait in line to go into the building. then if you decide to go outside for what ever reason you have to wait in line again even though your cards have been bought. now the food is another story. they only sell hotdogs, soup, and sandwiches, chips, chocolate bars and popcorn and nacho and cheese. hot dogs were old and disgusting and nachos the cheese was cold. you cannot bring food from outside into the building. they should of waited till the covid was done before reopening at this nonsense. what happened to the money that they had collected like 10000 in 49 numbers or less etc.... if you want people to come back you will have to make it worth while for them to do so. this payout will not do that. waste of time and energy.
