Absolutely wonderful! Felt super safe, and welcome. The hotel is quite beautiful, and the breakfast + room service is very tasty! The amenities are a big plus, and everyone here was very kind and helpful. I will stay again !

On another note, the room need to be updated, a bit old school, and should be refurnished.

This is really a five star hotel. I am so impressed that they have accessibility toilet. Their meals is so rich and their customer care is the best I have ever seen. This is a very good place to be. Their rooms are so beautiful with the necessary equipments. It's really a nice place. It has accessibility ♿toilet too

This was one of the worst hotel experiences. They say they are dog friendly but that only means your dog is allowed in the room and in the lobby. You cannot even take your dog to the outside terrace to eat. The rooms are old. The first day there was so much construction noise, we asked to be moved and they took us down a few floors. Guess what? Same noise. The toilet did not work we had to pump water into it and then finally after 10 tries it might flush. I was better off using the bathroom in the lobby. There is no outlet in the bathroom so forget about blow drying your hair. The phone did not work unless you squeeze the plug into the handset as you were talking. The shower was basically a trickle of water. Expect to take a 30 minute shower. The location is not good, nothing is walkable. I would not recommend And would never come back

Our stay here was truly excellent. Beginning with the staff who welcomed us at the reception, particularly Mr. Ahmad. He was truly amazing. We preferred a different room when we arrived and he helped us change the room very easily. He even arranged for an extra bed for our 6 year old to be brought in at no additional cost per night. Second, the restaurant here was the best! We spent two weeks in Egypt, in 4 different cities in 4 different hotels. Of all the 4, the restaurant here was the top! The management, food, hospitality and service was stellar! Even better than the service we had at the Hilton in the Hurghada resort, which was also great. Finally, they extended our check out until 3pm at no charge. We really recommend this place. The whole experience - management, staff, food, and service - was top notch!
