Hotel, Food, Gambling review. I would rate the hotel a 4 star hotel. The furniture is of good quality and you feel like the room is your own and not one a thousand people have shared. The bed was perfectly firm with amazing sheets and the pillows were so squishy soft I wanted to take them home! Only complaint is the early checkout...it's 11am, and homekeeping wakes everyone at 10. Kinda rude when you've been gambling til 4am. Make it 130pm and let us rest up to play again! The buffet is closed until further notice only leaving one restaurant inside and a snack shop. I had the grilled chicken BLT wrap and it was pretty damn good! The slots area is full of sanitation stations and barriers between machines that make you feel safer in a crowded place. Be sure to get their One Star Card even if you don't plan to spend much. The bonuses and contests are worth it! Don't expect to win anything at slots. I lost everything I brought to play, but my friend I went with won $3k so I suppose it can happen. Maybe I'll try the card dealers next time for better odds.

We have been coming to the Casino for well over 3 years now and posted several positive reviews. However over the last 5 or so months my husband and I have been extremely disappointed In the management of the entire Casino. Employees are great, food is fantastic. Payouts compared to amount gambled is horrible. Lack of communication between Casino and guest In regards to when the restaurants will be open or closed, also appropriate staffing, is absolutely ridiculous. We all know Covid has changed everything. So get it together. You have definitely had plenty of time. We are 100% done. No more chances.
