It is functional but thats all.
My main complaint is staff! There are no manners, think they own the building or even worse argue with you.
Bus timetables for places which are non tourists are miss and match. On one timetable it says one thing on the other another.
I waited for an hour bus which wasn't even scheduled and yet it was on the main bus terminal website.
When i wanted to enquire there was no one to ask.
I sent an official complaint to complaint services. 3 main complaints to 3 parties involved.
Only one got back to me to say that i should be more understanding as it is a tourist season.
And this answer wasnt from the main bus terminal.
We are talking about the main bus station of the capital of Croatia!!!!
Disgraceful.

Absolutely unbelievable that the main bus station in a city of over 1 million people doesn't even have an arrival/departure board. What year is this? Furthermore, the station is totally without ac and very filthy to boot.

The whole building urgently needs an upgrade.
All signs are exclusively in Croatian, there's no digital departure/arrival display, bus stops can only be reached via stairs, which sucks if you are handicapped or are carrying anything bigger than a tiny suitcase. Escalators are broken, walking around the building is quite the detour or not accessible due to fences.
At least the tram stop ensures that you can easily reach the bus station when coming from the city centre.
All in all a very confusing place and very disabled-unfriendly.

Lady "working" at the information booth couldn't be bothered to lift her gaze from her phone to notice me waiting. I literally stood there two minutes just to see if she will but ultimately gave up and went to the next booth. Laughable customer service experience. Happened on 2020-09-26 at 15:13
