This hotel room was very elegant. Though it had a strange door to the bathroom that always closes behind you with no way to prop it open. Desk crew was Fantastic and the Casino was clean. We enjoyed playing some slots and had both dinner and breakfast inside the casino. Both meals were very good, plentiful and warm. We would definitely stay again.

If I could give more stars, I would!! From the moment we walked in, there where nothing but smiling, friendly staff. Extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean, air-conditioned and quiet! Even had a plastic bag on the remote for the TV, Score! Totally enjoyed our stay and most definitely will stay again. Keep up the great work Win river!

We had a good stay, however when I booked online based on the pictures I picked a double queen room with a living room space. There wasn't a living room space in our room, As advertised. There was also no parking after dark. Other then that it was nice to have a food court area on the property. Rooms were clean and didn't stink like cigarettes.

This place is a nice casino and hotel. It's clean and the lighting is good. The hotel side is really nice and I liked our room. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.The room was clean and it was actually pretty quiet.
The casino side was clean and I saw several people cleaning while we were there. The wait staff and bartenders were nice people that treated you with respect and kindness and our drinks were good.The casino staff were very willing to help if they could.
The down side was the music that was so loud you couldn't understand what was being said over the P.A. system and made it hard to hear any conversation we tried to have on the casino floor and bar. The really bad part was the games were set so "tight" it was almost impossible to even break even on a game. I played one game for 13 "spins" before it even payed me back 1/5th of the minimum bet.
So in essence, I'm not in a rush to go back.

Great place to stop in and play some casino games and or get a bite to eat.

There is plenty of FREE PARKING available for everyone with plenty of handicapped spaces too.

The casino is very clean and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area enjoying northern California.
