Nice people convenient other complaints well the pool closes at 9 I do not like that it should be open to at least 11 or 11:30 the roulette table is closed down but they still have it out there I do not agree with that the $5 21 table is what put me over the Mark I'm good about that but when I asked for a drink at the bar upstairs they sent me downstairs made no sense at all okay I went downstairs and got the drink that's a big negative I did not get the drink there was no bartender downstairs she was on the floor her name was Jennifer when I finally talked to her she gave me a drink brought it to the table that I was at as she asked me where I was and then she went off it took another 25 to 30 minutes for I talked to anybody about the dream I never got to sit drink so we went to the room to get pizza I went upstairs to get another drink the lady upstairs has charged us $4 apiece even after I presented the idea of the fact that my son just turned 21 and deserve the drinks he can play we come to spend good money and that's why I gave the three because there was no drinks to play right off the bat the customer service all the people we're good but because of the drink situation and the 5 card poker drinks were not where they were supposed to be upstairs like it was when it was Diamond Jack's and all the Capri I ended up only getting two drinks having a stuck one down on the way out when swimming swimming was over in 30 minutes but thank God I got the minister system posed as a spy we pray if we came upstairs we ate I'm feeling a jacuzzi tub with water now and then hopefully we'll win some more tonight and different people will show different ways about the drink let's see how that turns out God bless all y'all and this place is not bad I would have gave it a five if it wasn't for the drinks I wish I were

Great rooms, great food and really great staff and at the hotel the manager that always treats my wife and I so great is mrs Patricia she always makes sure we are taken care of with our room treats us with the utmost respect and does anything to make sure we have the best stay every weekend thanks for everything she does for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the Waterview hotel. It was a very clean room with a beautiful view of the river on the balcony. The walk in shower and spacious jet tub made the stay even better. Highly recommend

We always have a nice time at Waterview. We love the music and the staff are very kind and friendly. When just wish they would offer us a free room every now and then.

When WaterView was Diamond Jack's it was a very different layout. After a long sabbatical I see alot of the same staff which is a good thing. All of my interaction with the staff has been OUTSTANDING. From the Casino manager to the guys and gals in the the cage to the hotel front desk and even the staff of the restaurants.... ALL SUPER FRIENDLY and will go above an beyond to make your time there is a good one. Highly Recommend.
