Telephone lines in the rooms are not functioning. I went down to the hotel lobby several times for the concerns. For a simple instruction of bottled water replenishment and additional order of bottled water for all the rooms for my group, I need to repeat countless numbers of times only to find out that it was not understood. I understand that due to an event that we have this weekend, the management is finding it hard to handle it because of the staffing that is way below what is required, perhaps because they are operating below cost right now. But I hope they wouldn't do it at the expense of making the guests go up and down and be stressed out instead of relaxing and enjoying the supposedly 4-star service that this hotel is claiming. If promo rates do not suffice the operating cost, it is unfair that the guests will suffer.

I had a really good time at Waterfront. I really enjoyed the room. It was really clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view. The hotel staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

The place is superbly excellent. We attended the Power Punch Training Seminar last May 29-30...

I love it i booked for 4 days on their hotel. The wifi is fast so i find it really convenient for me to work there. The room was clean and affordable and the staffs are really accommodating

Still one of Cebu's best convention center and casino.
