Which is fair because most casinos charge everyone the high price that includes crab legs. They also offer a 15% discount if you are 50 and older. Was smokey but not horrid.. (this is a smoking casino so no complaining and I knew this when walking in) the buffet was good (again buffets are mass food not cooked to order so no complaining from us) some thing's could be better (decor, carpet etc are dated) but enjoyed our evening and all staff that we interacted with where friendly and personable. I lost money and wife won money so no bias

Absolutely the worst service period.
Carolyn who was supposed to help people could not be bothered.
Myself and 2 other groups arrived 30 minutes before they stop serving steaks.
As we stood by the cash register waiting to order she walked by 3 times.
Never spoke at all to anyone waiting.
Then she simple disappeared for 10 minutes.
When she finally decided we were not leaving she says what do you want.
The steak.
"Your to late" was Carolyn's response.
My response " Manager"
He is cooking she responds.
Ok get him.
I do feel bad for the manager.
He did his best to untangle the mess Carolyn creates by ignoring costumers.
However as I watch her rude treatment of a veteran and others it's hard to comprehend the attitude.
How dare you expect to be greeted or helped.

Our first time here was last night New Year's Eve. Seriously the nicest people ever work here. No kidding. Everyone who helped us from the front door host, the cashier clerk, buffet hostesses and buffet waiters, the bartender and waiters at the slot machines we played on..were all so friendly and kind and helpful. They made us special feel like they genuinely appreciated us being there and were happy to help. Very friendly and polite staff. Even a floor manager stopped to help us when he could tell we were lost in the building lol. Great service!!! The buffet was amazing!!! The snow crab is the best in town and for the best price!! My husband used to be a 5 star chef back in the day and he was totally impressed with the quality of the snow crab!! And they offer quality promotions for new members free of charge!! It might not be quite as fancy looking as some of the other casinos around, but between the staff, service, and the food they are the most all around quality casino we've been too!! Two thumbs you guys!!

Loved the crab legs, but the slow waitress made for a slightly OK visit.
