The resort was exotic. Rooms were clean and full of amenities. It had a white sand beach of its own. Good food. Good services.

Fabulous hotel. They have a huge property with a private beach. The hotel has a small gym too. Highlight is the huge swimming pool and a bar attached to the pool. The breakfast spread is huge and everything was really good!

Horrible food, terribly slow and non-existent servicing process, outdated rooms. Garden not maintained well. Only buffet restaurant was operational which had such bad food that we couldn't have it at all. Staff is rude. Room view was not good at all. Bell was not working.

Experience at Tangerine bar was less than satisfactory since staff was exceptionally rude.

I have stayed at many 4/5 star restaurants which had far superior services, food and room.

Please do not consider Zuri.

A great place to begin with... As soon you arrive your luggage gets sanitized.. welcome drink.. touchless check-in.. everything smooth and clean.. more reviews will follow

Poor service, no care that there's a pandemic & the need to be extra careful for its guests & patrons is completely missing. There's a film shoot with about 50 of their film staff loitering around the hotel, maskless and making so much noise. The duty manager hardly took us seriously when we queried the lack of concern over the safety of its guests.. A simple menu wasn't there in the room and for an hour of calling 3 times, we had to finally call the GM for a menu. As basic as that. Seems like everyone here has forgotten their jobs in the last 6 months.
