Great environment to live you have Price chopper near 103rd St. there's banks. We have a great community pool we have an excellent emergency maintenance line. Excellent rent prices. Located near an excellent school District.

Overall this is a decent place to live in my opinion. It is pet friendly and I love that! It's in a good location right by 435 and close to many different outing areas. The actual apartments are well kept. There was certain things I was looking for which included a washer and dryer hook up, dishwasher and had to have a balcony. The only complaint I'd really have is parking. I feel like I'm always fighting for a spot. It'd be nice to have numbered parking. Management is good and maintenance is nice. So far all the residents iv met are friendly and keep to their selves.

The complex is pet friendly and for the most part quiet. A very nice swimming pool and plenty of parking. Very well kept and has the best maintenance man ever. Very friendly and gets the job done right away. I've been here 5 years and the only complaint I have it's a bit pricey, but so are a lot of other places that are comparable.

I recently moved into "The Retreat at Woodlands". Maggie was my agent during the entire process. She was very friendly, helpful and prompt. Maggie took all the stress away that comes with moving.

The apartment is very nice and gives you an escape from the city while still being in the city. Plenty of parking and the complex is well lit at night. Overall I am very pleased with everything.
