Wonderful place to visit and play Casino games all day all night. Rooms are amazingly beautiful and spacious it's over looking the strip and viewing the mountains. Great service here, the servers are courteous and attend to one's need. The site in the living room area looking out is stupendous!! Love it!!! They have a Star bucks the only problem I have is that the lines are very long just to buy a cup of coffee ☕ . Wish there was more servers to get the line going. You have to wait in line for a while however, they are trying to speed it up. Besides all of that it's been wonderful here! You won't be disappointed. They also have a Spa, stores, restaurants and a pool area. I've seen people bring their pets so I guess it's allowed. Just be prepared to walk from the Palazzo to the Venetian there's a lot to see here they even have shows really you won't be disappointed!!

The Venetian Palazzo was beautiful. Rooms are huge and gorgeous. I believe all rooms have the living area. Resort is right across from the mall plus there's plenty of shops at resort itself. Self parking is very easy, as the garage elevators let you off right by the elevators to your room, so you don't have to walk far. Pools are beautiful, but a bit tough to find a lounge chair on busy days. Palazzo pool is shaded by the building most of the morning, but it was a quick walk to the Venetian pool where there's sun. Bar area at the Venetian is very inviting with beautiful couches & tables. Only negative is you can't use the in-room refrigerator for personal items or you'll get charged $150. Fridge was stocked with drinks but if you even moved an item (which was at least $20) you'll get charged. IF you were willing to pay the $150 fridge usage and didn't move stocked items, there was enough room for 3 waters. We just bought a Styrofoam cooler and put our water and drinks in there. But overall, would definitely stay again.

Carol from the Concierge desk was the best! I highly recommend working directly with Carol prior to your stay. I cannot recommend TAO nightclub enough! Did not dine at TAO but it is a must for next visit. Birthday cake delivery from Carlo's Bakery was fantastic! Received a complimentary three-hour early check-in. Complimentary valet was very effective! Highly recommend The Dorsey for a Zodiac Cocktail. Loved the shop at Canyon Ranch for athletic wear to wear home. Can't wait to stay here again!

Everything was very nice during our 3 night stay. Parking was easy without a long walk to elevators or to our room. Staff was professional, quick , and courteous. Appearance of the hotel/room were clean and well decorated. Our room was very spacious with an attached living area. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. The view of the strip was definitely worth the extra fee. Nicely located with easy walking to other areas on the strip. Added bonus was the attached Canal shops/restaurants and the Starbucks near the floor elevator.

It has been a long tradition for me to celebrate Super Bowl Sunday at the fabulous Prestige Floor at the Palazzo. Tom Brady was named MVP and is certainly the GOAT of the NFL. The team members of the Prestige are the GOAT of the hospitality industry in Las Vegas.
Special shout out to Michael, Michelle, and Francesca for going above and beyond to make this one of the most memorable trips I have ever enjoyed to Las Vegas. The facility is spectacular, the food is remarkable, but what makes this the GOAT is the people! I have enjoyed visiting Las Vegas 8 times during this crazy pandemic. I am looking forward to a return trip next month. I strongly recommend this amazing experience to everyone.
